Annual Scholarship Program
The NJ Chapter of Professional Women in Construction is pleased to offer a scholarship program to support the next generation of women pursuing degrees in STEM, architecture, engineering and construction-related industries.
Important Dates
- January 15, 2024: Applications Open
- March 22, 2024: Deadline to Apply
- April 5, 2024: Selection Committee Finalizes Awardees
- May 21, 2024: Scholarship Presentation at PWCNJ's Women of Achievement Luncheon in Jersey City, NJ

Scholarship Information
PWCNJ awards a minimum of (2) scholarships valued at $2,500 annually to female high school seniors and/or full-time college or trade/technical students pursuing education and careers in STEM, architecture, engineering and construction-related fields. Payments will be made directly to the school. Successful candidates will be notified in the Spring and should plan to attend the PWCNJ Women of Achievement Luncheon held in May to be recognized for their achievements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be a female New Jersey high school senior; or a full-time college or trade/technical school student who is from New Jersey or is attending an accredited college or trade/technical school that is located in New Jersey. College student eligibility requirements: One completed semester at an accredited college.
- Applicants must be enrolled to earn a degree or certificate in a STEM, architecture, engineering, or construction-related field.
